Liaise with site managers and stakeholders to meet agreed specifications, timelines, and health and safety requirements.
Complete all finishing, sealing, and site clearance on conclusion.
Where feasible, involve community members in elements of the painting process.
Communications
Participate in interviews and filmed content documenting the mural's making.
Support the mural launch event where possible.
Acknowledge National Lottery funding in all public-facing materials, in line with Paint the Change's obligations to The National Lottery Community Fund.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience delivering murals or large-scale public artworks, with a portfolio of relevant work.
Ability to interpret a community-developed brief and produce a compelling, technically strong design.
Experience collaborating within multi-partner projects and responding to feedback constructively.
Sensitivity and respect when working across diverse cultures and communities.
Right to work in the UK, Enhanced DBS check, and familiarity with safeguarding practice.
